Sandpiper is attached to our own home and has stunning views overlooking the coastline, and on a clear day you can see as far as Cornwall!

We are set in 7.5 acres of farmland and usually have a horse or two in one of the paddocks.  We have a couple of resident chickens (Martha & Louise), who provide free range eggs for your Welcome Pack.  Part of the land has been divided off to create a large play area with a trampoline, climbing frame, swings and slide along with lots of space to play.

The cottage has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, making it a stylish and relaxing place to stay.  It has been lovingly renovated throughout, with a new kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/drier, microwave, electric hob and oven and CD player/Radio.

The kitchen leads to lovely sitting and dining room, which as a fantastic view, it is decorated in creams and blues with striped fabrics giving it a fresh sea side feel, it has three comfy sofas, one being a sofa bed.  There is a TV with DVD player and Free view television, in the sitting room there are sliding doors opening onto a patio area with table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining. From the patio there is a gate which leads to the heated swimming pool, with plenty of sun loungers.  

The other side of the patio leads to the fenced play area.

There are three prettily furnished, bedrooms, one with twin beds and two double bedrooms.  There is a house bathroom with a bath with a shower above, and also a separate shower room, which have both been completely refurbished with new suites, electric showers and a heated towel rail.
The cottage has recently been fitted with electric wall heaters to all rooms which are individually thermostatically controlled.

There is plenty space to park your cars at the front of the cottage.
